Snapchat, a well-known multi-media instant messaging software, has surpassed the milestone of 750 million monthly active users (MAU). Following the company’s 500 million MAU in April 2021 and 600 million in April 2022, the most recent development.

With 375 million daily active users (DAU) reported as of January 31, the corporation claimed that for 13 straight quarters, its DAU had increased by over 15% year over year.

“We created Snapchat as a social media alternative, a means to connect with friends and family without feeling the need to be flawless or popular. We love seeing all the creative ways our devoted worldwide community uses our service, from visual communication to augmented reality, the Snap Map, Stories, Spotlight, and more, the firm said in an official statement.

The business held its Investor Day for institutional investors and financial experts on February 17. According to its statement, Snapchat already has over 750 million active monthly users, and based on its current rate of growth, it anticipates reaching over 1 billion users within the next two to three years.

More than 60% of Snapchat users access the app daily to generate snaps, according to the presentations at Investor Day. On their first day using the app, more than 70% of Snapchat users who download it interact with augmented reality.
